WEBSITE COORDINATOR-REMOTE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Launch and maintain the websites for SAM and managed stores Coordinate and oversee the relationship with the vendor for website Ensure website functionality, including testing, and perform updates as necessary Analyze customer website experience and address usability issues Troubleshoot any website issues immediately Monitor, assess, and report on website performance Analyze website analytics, competition, and trends to make recommendations on website strategy Publish and create content for the websites in conjunction with the SEO team Implement strategies to improve site navigation, boost search engine optimization, and use web analytical data for an enhanced user experience.
Assist with other marketing tasks as necessary Education and/or Experience Requirements: Post Secondary Education Desired.
Proficient in WordPress and Google Analytics.
Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, etc.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language.
Work Hours: In a typical week, this position requires a minimum of 40 hours and may include occasional weekend work.
Work Environment: This work is usually performed indoors in an office environment with normal noise levels and no exposure to hazardous conditions.
This is a remote position and does not require employees to report to an office location.
