Responsibilities
Supervise, develop, and expand Walmart, Giant Foods, Independent and other accounts
Supervise, develop, and support new spaces and new items in Supermarket Chains by implementing demos, participating in resets, summer events, brand activities, grand openings, and re-grand openings
Assist with Sales Department vacation coverage in the Pennsylvania area
Focus on slow movement items for the supermarket chain
Assist with soon to expire products, introduction of new items, and marketing projects (Shippers, Signs, POS Materials)
Track and evaluate store conditions, establish, and implement a plan to reduce damage credits in supermarket chain
Support distribution project orders for some accounts, and follow up with the team
Work closely with subcontracted independence store division merchandising team
Participate in EMD’s Trade Show once a year (contact customers), sales meeting, summer events and other company events
Participate in Conference calls twice a week (Tuesday- Friday 6:30am), Merchandisers calls and Sales Meeting once a month
Participate in weekly bulletin to the Sales Force
Place orders when needed by requested time: 3:30pm Monday through Thursday and 10:30am Friday
Set displays and Second location project.
Example: Cinco de Mayo, summer, BTS, Holiday, Memorial, July 4th, Mother Day…
Working as a representative of some Vendors that need to be develop in the supermarket chain accounts
Resolve any problems according to company procedures
Confidentiality with all EMD Sales information and documentation.
Perform and complete all other duties assigned by manager
Qualifications / Skills
All supervisors and KAMS has a AT&T Tracking Workforce agreement to supervise the area
Training will be given in Microsoft, System, Data, AT&T, Retalix and Power Analyzer
Strong communication between departments is key, specially Purchasing, Marketing and Logistic
Excellent problem solving and decision, and leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent professionalism
Strong product knowledge, quality focus, and customer focus
Strong organizational
Bi-lingual preferred
Education and Experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 1 year experience in the Food & Beverage industry
Willingness to travel, required
Valid Driver's License, personal car insurance required
Compensation
$1,923.
08 bi-weekly
Gas & Car Allowance $500.
00 per month = $230.
