Our sales team is looking for a Senior Sales representative to join our growing team.
As part of the sales team, you would be responsible for creating a whole new line of customers for our innovative new products with Cascades.
Your day could include anything from travel time on the road to meetings with potential clients, as well as pitching our new products.
We are looking for someone who is a "people person" and loves making new connections.
You must be able to think outside the box and multitask to help come up with the best solutions possible for your clients!

Grow new customer base by utilizing new and exciting products
Support contract creation and negotiation for their accounts

Build and develop key relationships at all levels of the account's organization

Validate customer pricing for all new accounts
Educate and train customers on products and solutions
Manage contract creation and negotiation for regional accounts
Develop and managing account plans for regional accounts
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to team
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Following up on account plan goals for key accounts according to established guidelines
Use and update the CRM

Ability to demonstrate products and solutions; actively involved in knowledge transfer on Cascades’ solutions within our Sales team and to customers

Strong influencer and leadership skills
Master of negotiation with strong networking abilities that stay on top of customers and market signals to secure opportunities
Ability to develop a thorough understanding of Cascades' offering to identify and report cross-selling opportunities
Ability to serve as the market expert within our organization
Ability to actively participate, together with Account Managers, in key phases of the sales process with prospects
Ability to promote a positive company image and develop long-term relationships with customers
