Gemcraft Homes is seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator who would work 2-3 days in our beautiful, professionally decorated model home in York Haven, PA and 2 days in our corporate office in New Freedom, PA as hybrid role.
While working in the model home the Sales Assistant is responsible for greeting visitors, demonstrating the home and its features, and providing information about the community, the homes, and Gemcraft Homes.
The Sales Assistant is responsible for acquiring information requested on the Customer Registration Card for every visitor and entering the information into our CRM system.
Also responsible for keeping the model home organized and tidy.
While working at the corporate office, the Sales Coordinator would be responsible for maintaining sales and marketing materials, coordinating signage, and tracking information needed for the sales and marketing teams.
Training will be provided, but a strong work ethic, high level attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
This position requires some weekend availability for time off coverage with hours 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
Must have reliable transportation.
