As a key member of our real estate sales force, the ISA will be responsible for prospecting and cultivating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into appointments for our real estate agents.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate.

- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Utilize effective prospecting techniques to build a pipeline of potential clients.

\*\*Lead Qualification:\*\*
- Conduct initial conversations with leads to assess their real estate needs and preferences.
- Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, timeline, and property specifications.

\*\*Client Relationship Management:\*\*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and meaningful communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and build trust with potential clients.

\*\*Appointment Setting:\*\*
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents based on lead qualifications and availability.
- Coordinate with agents to ensure seamless transitions from lead to client.

\*\*Database Management:\*\*
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Regularly update client information and ensure data integrity.

\*\*Market Knowledge:\*\*
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information to assist them in their decision-making process.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- High school diploma; additional education or real estate licensing is a plus.
