2024 Account Executive Internship Have you ever wanted to work in professional sports? When you see a game on TV with a full stadium of rabid fans, do you think how cool it would be to be a part of the team that creates that environment? Would hearing the roar of a crowd that you brought to the stadium give you goosebumps? If you said yes to any of these questions, we want you to join the York Revolution team! The Revolution is seeking Account Executive interns for the 2024 season.
Candidates do not need prior experience, just need to be willing to learn and to have a passion for sports business.
Our Group and Hospitality experts will provide the training and skills necessary to become a sports industry customer service professional.
The skills that will be learned will transfer not only to any other sports organization but to any company that sells products to consumers.
In addition to learning an important career skill, the Account Executive intern will work at one of the best minor league baseball facilities in the country, WellSpan Park.
With a new HD videoboard, new playing surface, immaculate facility and loyal fan base, WellSpan Park is the jewel of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, a Partner League to Major League Baseball.
Account Executive interns are not required to work every game but will have the opportunity to experience as much baseball as they desire.
The Account Executive internship is a trial run for full time employment.
Those Account Executive interns that excel after a 90-day trial period will be offered full time employment with benefits.
In the interim, this position will be paid a stipend of $1,000 a month and will earn 5% commission on all sales.
Any major may apply, and no experience in sports is needed.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team for the 2024 season.
All employees of the Revolution conduct some physical tasks involved in event management to the best of their abilities.
