What You Will Do:
-Oversee the daily operations of our commercial properties, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Coordinate with various teams for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring the highest standards of property presentation and safety.
-Drive financial performance through effective property management, optimizing occupancy rates, and ensuring timely rent collection.
-Implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and attract premium tenants.
-Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and other contracts, demonstrating top-notch negotiation skills.
-Prepare and manage the annual budget for each property, providing regular financial reports to senior management.
What You Bring to the Table:
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate management, with a track record of success and achievement.
-Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities seamlessly.
-An entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement.
-Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and effectively conveying ideas to a variety of audiences.
