We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager/ Leasing Agent In York, PA .
_*Salary+ Commission*_
*Job responsibilities* will include (but are not limited to):
* Assist property manager with leases, renewals, tenant move-ins and move-outs
* Respond to Billing and Leasing inquiries
* Handle the collection process
* Respond to tenant complaints and property issues as needed
* Other clerical and administrative tasks as needed
*Job requirements:*
* Experience as a Leasing Agent
* Property Management experience
* Experience with Real Estate software a plus
* Strong mathematical skills
* Proficiency in Word, Excel
* Ability to multi-task
* Excellent organizational & communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.
00 - $21.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
