We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Contractor/Handyman to join our team.
*Responsibilities:*
* Specialize in home maintenance, including but not limited to drywall, painting, power washing, minor repairs and renovations, lighting and fan installations, and interior upgrades.
* Ability to perform plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work as needed.
* Work independently with little to no supervision.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Demonstrate responsibility, efficiency, and self-motivation.
* Adapt to challenging circumstances and find effective solutions.
* Utilize technology to manage time, work orders, and expenses.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work.
* Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience as a General Contractor/Handyman with expertise in home maintenance, drywall, painting, power washing, minor repairs and renovations, and interior upgrades.
* Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision.
* Demonstrated responsibility and cleanliness in the work environment.
* Self-motivated and driven.
* Excellent customer service skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Ability to utilize technology such as smartphones, iPads, and computers to manage time, work orders, and expenses.
* Possess your own tools for the job.
* Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
