Backhoe Operator to work on a pipe crew.

Responsibilities: - Operate backhoe to perform various tasks on construction sites - Perform backfilling and compacting of soil as needed - Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment - Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment Qualifications: - Proven experience operating backhoes and other heavy equipment - Proficient in backhoe operation techniques and safety procedures - Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness Skills: - Backhoe operation: Proficiency in operating backhoes for excavation and material movement.
