This, to the best of my understanding, is an antique watch gear making lathe or clock wheel cutter.
It has a rotating table with lots of holes for what I assume would be guide pins, and spool for winding spring or non-ferrous metal.
Another name for it is a gear wheel and pinion cutting machine.
It has no name or printing on it.
I do not know if it is complete.
I have had it in my closet for about twenty years, and it's not doing anyone any good there.
It supposedly came out of a jeweler in Hampstead many years ago but I cannot confirm that.
I bought it at the auction there in about 2004.
I've never seen another save at the Mercer Museum.
$200 or a reasonable offer.
It's heavy, about 3 feet long or so, perhaps around 100 lbs.
