We are a commercial cleaning company looking for reliable and experienced individuals to work as independent cleaning subcontractors for our ongoing contracts.
We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, committed to quality work, and have a strong work ethic.
Pay: depending on the $20.
00 to $27.
00 /hour contract.
No deductions on the payment.
Requirements:
Must be 100% reliable and committed to completing contracts on time
Must be able to perform cleaning tasks independently and not outsource it to another cleaner
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have a clean criminal record
Must be detail-oriented, thorough, and take pride in their work
Must care about our client's facility and be responsive to any requests for improvement
Must get the job done correctly the first time, without errors or missed days
Must have experience in commercial cleaning
We are looking for individuals who are currently cleaning or working on a regular schedule and are based in the Central PA area.
As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for cleaning various commercial facilities, such as offices and retail spaces.
You will be paid once a month with net 10 payment terms after you send us an invoice each month on the 1st.
We are a friendly and reasonable company that values our subcontractors and strives to keep them long-term.
We pay on time and provide everything you need to get started.
