Cashier/Receptionist

is looking to fill a part-time evening and weekend cashier/receptionist position.
The individual must be a detail-oriented, people person.
* Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 4 P.

Job Duties: · Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
· Provide a friendly and welcoming experience to all customers picking up their vehicles.
· Process cash, check, and credit card payments for service, parts, and vehicle purchase transactions.
· Close out service repair orders and part invoices in the dealer management system.
· Balance out your cash drawer at the end of your shift.
· Maintain the appearance of the customer lounge.
· Make coffee and stock refreshments in the customer lounge.
· Scanning of parts and service invoices.
· Disburse and monitor keys for inventory vehicles.
· Disburse and monitor company gas cards, and maintain documentation for gas card purchases.
Miscellaneous clerical duties.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $11.
00 - $13.
