Job Summary:
THE UPS STORE is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail pack, ship, & print center.
The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
We provide extensive training on store services and practicies.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Set an example for our team of sales associates to drive sales
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Create employee schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Oversee store merchandising and ensure visual standards are met
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Strong background in customer service, retail math, and sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in training development and conducting interviews
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to become a bonded Notary Public in the state of PA
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management
Skills:
- Positive - "get it done" attitude
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite
