Job Overview: We are seeking a Coach to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and mentoring individuals to help them achieve their goals.
Duties: - Provide guidance and support to individuals in achieving their personal and professional objectives - Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to each individual's needs - Conduct regular coaching sessions to monitor progress and provide feedback - Assist individuals in setting and achieving realistic goals - Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and progress Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage coaching schedules and client information - Experience with cash register operations for handling payments during coaching sessions - Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions - Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively - Familiarity with technical sales concepts to promote coaching services to potential clients - Ability to manage stock inventory for any coaching materials or resources needed - Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele - Proficiency in cash handling procedures for processing payments securely - Knowledge of POS systems for efficient transaction processing - Excellent phone etiquette skills for clear communication with clients This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives through coaching and mentoring.
