*McGrew Equipment*, founded in 1999, is a full-service auction house that specializes in construction & tractor auctions.
McGrew hosts a bi-weekly auction that allows for both online bidding and on-location bidding at our headquarters in Seven Valleys, PA.

* Greet customers
* Answer platform questions
* Assist in advertising videos
* Work with General Manager to improve the “McGrew Customer” experience.
* Assist with retail sales.
* Manage absentee and phone bids
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Required Skills and Abilities:*
* Excellent phone skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
*Essential Physical Requirements:*
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
