Guitar/drums needed for band! $$$$$ (York, PA)

We are two musicians (bass and lead vocalist) looking for a guitar player and drummer.
We are both in our 30's.
Both have 20+ years of experience under our belts.
We are looking to form a PRO cover band.
Probably will be a lot of 60's and 70's era music, because that's what people want to hear.
We will be forming this particular band with a specific goal in mind.

to make MONEY.
That means playing regularly.

More than once a month.
(eventually "rehearsals" would be unnecessary) We will have pro attitudes and form relationships to further our chances of higher pay down the road.
We will target specific venues based on TIME and hourly rates.
The idea is to leave each gig with money in our pockets, while avoiding venues requiring lengthy sets/low pay.
Again, the plan here is to not only do something you love, but to do something you love and have that result in CASH in your pocket! Similar to a part time job, we can make extra cash, and still have plenty of time fore everything else in life.
We are highly motivated and have everything necessary to make this goal a reality.

(drums/guitar) This is not a group that will take away a ton of your free time.
Its just learning the covers and playing the gigs.
