Primary Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Multi-Branch Manager in directing branch performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Motivate and guide branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
Provide coaching on banking products, services, and procedures to ensure accurate information delivery to customers.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, mitigating risks and maintaining a secure environment.
Collaborate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes.
Develop strategies to attract, retain, and expand customer relationships, driving branch sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred, ABA courses preferred.
Extensive branch banking experience with strong knowledge of products and services.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop associates effectively.
Supervisory experience desired.
Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on relationship building.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and discretion.
