Bistro Supervisor
The Bistro at our Courtyard is a chic, fast-casual concept restaurant offering an eclectic menu including a variety of refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down fare including cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee.
Our Bistro Team Members master a wide variety of food & beverage functions, from serving coffee and other beverages (including alcohol), to preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.

As a Bistro Supervisor, you will
Direct day to day operations of the Bistro.
Manage the staff in the bistro in order to attract, retain and motivate the team.
To include scheduling, training, develop, empower, coach, and counsel staff as needed.
Resolves problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination as appropriate.
Resolves employee and guest-related problems.
Ensure an optimal level of service, quality and hospitality are provided to the guests.
Performs duties of all positions within the department as needed.
Maintain inventory controls of food and beverage including ordering.
Ensuring brand standards are followed.
Requirements
Minimum 1-year food and beverage experience
Minimum 1-year supervisory experience
