Maintenance Supervisor

Our team in York PA is looking to add a maintenance lead to their growing team! As the Maintenance Lead your mission is to be responsible for all outcomes associated with ensuring that the machine maximizes availability and enables the teams to success operationally.
You ensure communication between operations and maintenance and correct prioritization for maintenance activities and manages defects/failures.
You also provide support to the Asset Owner and Process Lead.
