The Hanover Plant Engineering Manager will lead and manage all functions and activities within the Engineering organization.
Responsibilities will include:
• Lead an overall organization of 7-10 employees, overseeing Project Engineers
and Controls Technicians.
• Overall responsible for Capital execution, to include strategic planning, budget,
and overall project execution.
• Sit on Plant Leadership Team, overall responsible for the safety and wellbeing
of Plant Employees.
• Partner with Plant Staff and key stakeholders on the development and execu
tion of Capital Projects.
• Partner with Plant Staff and key stakeholders to improve overall efficiency and
cost model of the Plant, driving for more innovation and better quality product.
• Partnering with corporate Engineering, plant Engineering, R&D and supply chain
functions to develop and deliver technology solutions needed to meet project
success criteria.
• Development, implementation and execution of project plans for assigned
projects.
• Responsible for execution of all Engineering work processes in assigned
projects and accountable to ensure proper Capital Management processes are
executed in compliance with Company Policy.
• Professional development of Engineering teams under his/her responsibility.
• This role will develop advanced technical mastery in Snacks manufacturing and
equipment technologies.
This is a key position in the Snacks Engineering Leadership Team, with high visibility to Supply Chain leadership.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$85,900-$140,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
