Yorkshire Realty is hiring a Multi Family Property Asset Manager.
Candidates who are interested in this position, must have a strong track record in various aspects of the real estate industry including, project management construction, purchasing, design, business operations and asset management.
You may have previously held the position of district manager or construction manager.
As our Asset Manager you will plan, execute and measure the success of projects’ business plans, to include renovation and repositioning programs.
Our portfolio is located in York Pennsylvania and consists of 400 units in three properties.
* Creating and monitoring budgets for capital improvements.
* Renovation project management for assets, to include both units & common areas.
* Liaising with suppliers and contractors to obtain the best price for assets.
* Working primarily remotely and making weekly site visits to properties.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Work with the existing property management team to improve operations.
* Work with asset management systems and tracking technologies,
What are our critical must-haves? *Extensive experience in asset management, specifically in the property management industry * Strong Business Management and Team Management experience.
Ability to craft a business plan and take it to completion including design, permitting, and construction.
Proficient with the entire Microsoft Office suite, with exceptional Excel skills.
Knowledge and experience with Property Management software.
Entrata experience a plus.
Masters in Business Administration, Architecture, CPA, or engineering (REQUIRED ) *Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Executive role or Asset Management.

Job Type: Part time 10 to 15 hours per week.
Pay range $125 to $200K full time equivalent depending on experience.
