As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example and setting the pace and tone for the team.
You will also be responsible for developing and training new team members, stewarding our values and culture, and assisting in the daily operations of the business.
*Responsibilities:*
· Assist Retail Manager with daily managerial tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, baking and decorating cookies and cookie cakes, making coffee beverages, and more.
· Creating a safe, secure, and healthy work environment for fellow employees.
· Working with staff to accomplish organizational and individual goals.
· Assist with checking inventory, placing orders, and picking up as needed.
(Restaurant Store and coffee supplies for example)
· Enter and update cake orders on Monday app.
· Open and close the store.
· Serving and connecting with guests with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic hospitality.
· Manning event booths.
· Transporting inventory to other locations and making deliveries.
· Communicate pertinent information with staff on an as needed basis.

*Experience and Certifications:*
· 1 year of management or leadership experience required.
· Previous employment with Taylor Chip is preferred.
· Proven track record of training and development.
· Must pass ServSafe Certification course.
· High School Diploma or GED is required.
· Driver’s license required and ability to drive company vehicle is required.
