Kitchen Manager/Head Cook

We have an immediate opening for a kitchen manager to perform the following duties: * Schedule, oversee, direct and train kitchen staff.
* Prepare daily and weekly food specials.
* Order food and kitchen supplies and ensure sufficient quantities of all items are maintained.
* Maintain a clean and operational kitchen.
* Ensure consistent preparation of all food.
Candidates must: * Have knowledge of applicable laws relevant to the food industry.
* Be able to work well with others in a fast paced .
* Create and maintain a cohesive work team.
