Revelare Kitchens is one of the fastest growing remodeling organizations in the Northeast.
We are currently seeking a Pre-Production Manager to manage and assist in the following duties:
*Responsibilities:*
- Manage and oversee finance administration teams to secure funding on projects before production
- Manage and assist in change order processes, project specification finalizations, and serve as a customer liaison with design team
- Ensure project cycle times are being met
- Manage and oversee Field Engineers including but not limited to hiring, training, managing daily KPIs, and implementing systems and processes
- Manage all project commissions and payrolls, ensure all projects are within budget
- Communicate with customers on project questions and concerns, handle project cancellations, and assist in new business development
*Required Skills:*
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams
- Professional email and phone etiquette
- General understanding of project estimating and managing budgets/expenses
- 2-4 years of management experience
- 2-4 years of sales experience

Candidates who have a high aptitude and rate of assimilation are preferred.
Experience in remodeling is not required; experience in sales and/or leadership and management is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $70,000.
