is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager.
The qualified candidate will have a B.
S.
Degree in Food Science or equivalent experience in a related field, broad in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques, good communication skills (both verbal and written), and a minimum of three to five years supervisory and/or management experience.
This position is responsible for managing, directing and overseeing the Quality functions and budgets at Hanover’s Canning Plant.
This position ensures that ingredients, packaging and finished products meet established specifications, that manufacturing procedures are followed and that the Plant is operating in conformance with federal, state and local regulations.
