BAE Systems Platforms and Services is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) to lead the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Program Logistics requirements, as it pertains to specific variants.
As an ILSM lead you will;
* Work with a team of internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute Logistics scope efforts across the ACV variants, as well as ensure platform Operator, Maintenance, and Sustainment plans/concepts are sound between applicable levels.
* This position requires foresight and planning (hours, dollars, and resources) to meet the requirements, and will also include supporting the development (for contactors and partners) and management of (from the USG) scope statements.
* Candidate will be expected to attend and/or generate internal and external meetings with the purpose to communicate and provide status to the team and peers, to provide guidance to the team, and to take actions to work through issues the Product Development team may identify.
* Candidate will be required to track, report, and close-out outcomes of meetings and decisions.
* Candidate will co-lead the team of Product Leads to ensure the ILS plans and requirements are executed efficiently, on time, and completed within budget.
* Candidate will also identify and escalate Risks identified which could hinder successful completion of requirements.
* This position will require 10-25% travel.
Some international travel required.
* This is a Hybrid position where you will be expected to be in the office Mon-Wed each week.
*Required Education, Experience, & Skills*
* Bachelor's degree and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience.
* Experience with Mil-Std 40051-1/2, Mil-HDBK 1222, Mil-PRF-63002, Mil-Std 38874, Mil-Std 1388B, GEIA-STD 0007, MCO 4790.
2 and how they relate to Log Product development
* Understanding of the Provisioning process (DLA), ‘Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability codes’ (SMR), and Repair Parts & Special Tools List (RPSTL).
* Understanding of Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC), Maintenance functions, and how MACs are generated
* Understanding of Marine Corps Maintenance philosophy
* Ability to research, read and understand Engineering Drawings
* Experience working across multiple Program IPTs and multiple Functional areas simultaneously.
* Understanding of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP's) and the engineering drawing release processes/concept
*Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills*
* Experience with Project Management principals
* Experience with supporting Logistics Events (Logistics Demonstrations, Verifications, etc)
* Experience with Secondary Repairable (USMC) identification and requirements
* Understanding of SLIC Wave database
* Use of Content Management Systems (CMS)
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite
* Experience with managing sub-contractors and external partners (Domestic and International)

Pay: $102,200.
