Some CPA firms just can’t say no.
.
.
they can’t say no to new business.
Opportunities to increase the billable hours can be tough to turn down.
The one that suffers is you, the Tax Manager.
You’ve got yet another client on your list.
There goes any chance of a work life balance next busy season.
Can you relate?
Good news.
There’s a firm in York, PA who can say no to new business.
That’s what they're doing right now, until they hire their next Tax Manager.
They're turning this new business away because the firm puts their employees at the heart of everything they do.
They want to maintain a healthy work-life balance throughout the year.
Like with any firm, the hours will get a bit more intense in Feb, March, April and in the run up to the September and October deadlines, but it’s nowhere near what you see in some of the bigger firms.
You’ll be joining a mid-sized firm that are big enough to give you the progression that you crave, but they’re small enough that the Partners will know your name and take a genuine interest in your development.
As their next Tax Manager, you’ll be reviewing individual, entity and trust returns.
You’ll also build strong working relationships with clients to provide top notch planning, compliance and consulting services.
