Job Description:
A front desk agent is responsible for checking hotel guests in and out of their rooms.
They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has an enjoyable experience at the hotel.
A few of the main duties of a front desk agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, and answering any phone calls.
Making coffee in the morning shift.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle guest interaction and room assignments.
* Handle check-ins and check-outs of guests.
* Assist guest inquiries in connection with hotel services, events, directions, local attractions, etc.
* Cleaning front desk and lobby area.
* Performing special projects and other responsibilities assigned per management.
* Checking Rooms and accommodating guests as best as possible
* Performing night audit
* Making rounds and checking rooms
*Knowledge and skills education:* High school education or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.
00 per hour
Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* 12 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Holidays
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
* On call
* Overtime
* Weekends as needed

* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
