*SUMMARY: *Responsible for providing effectively serving all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively on how to resolve product and service problems.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, information about other products and services.
Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.
Maintains detailed files for documentation.
Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Maintain accurate pricing, execute price adjustments.
Purchase tooling, sheets and finished goods and process vendor invoices and invoices to customers
Maintain inventory.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, arrange pick up of material, process credit to customer.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.
*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
*SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS*
* Prior computer data entry experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
* Application knowledge and skill for computer data entry.
* High School Diploma/ Equivalent.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently.
