Formally the New York Wire Company Factory, we are a growing community of over 75 small businesses, artists, makers, and thinkers.
Spaces are currently being renovated and converted from factory floor to studios, workspaces, and offices.
The building boasts a variety of spaces ideal for painters, photographers, sculptors, potters, and the like.
Some additional spaces are well suited for welders, glassblowers, jewelry makers, woodworkers, furniture makers, clothing makers, and other light manufacturing uses.
