Responsibilities: Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Prepare and issue client invoices in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Expense Management: Record and categorize expenses, verifying receipts and supporting documentation.
Assist in tracking company expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Reconciling all bank accounts and credit cards.
Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processes, including timekeeping verification and data entry.
Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Financial Reporting: Generate and distribute financial reports on a regular basis.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budget Monitoring: Aid in monitoring and tracking budgetary performance.
Work with management to analyze financial variances and propose adjustments as needed.
General Accounting Support: Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar industry.
Previous experience in QuickBooks helpful.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
